Shipping

Our goal is for you to receive the freshest roast possible, meaning we roast to order. We receive your order and roast it within 1-2 days before shipping it out to you.

Here’s a breakdown of our shipping methods and policy.


Shipping & Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days depending on the volume of orders we receive during that time. We don’t ship out products on weekends or holidays. We do our best to get your orders to you in a timely manner, but if we’re experiencing delays, we’ll be sure to get in contact with you via phone or email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Our goal is always to process your order within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location in relation to our home base in Orlando, Florida, delivery can take anywhere from 2-5 business days. Unfortunately, we don’t ship our products outside of the United States at this time.

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated at checkout.


Estimated Delivery Time after Processing

We ship using USPS/FedEx. Updates on your order can be found on either the USPS or FedEx tracking websites. Most of our deliveries take 2-5 business days. Some delays may occur depending on the season, order volume, and your location.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email after your order is complete. You will then receive tracking information from USPS/FedEx within 24 hours.

 

International Shipping

Sadly, we don’t ship outside of the United States at this time.

 

Returns

We’re always willing to help if your order arrived damaged or not to your satisfaction. Please see the info below for additional guidance on our return policy and process.


Coffee Products

Given that our coffee is a perishable item, we don’t offer returns on any type of coffee ordered. However, we’re always willing to assist if your order arrived damaged or if there was something else wrong with it. Our desire is always your complete satisfaction, so if there is something wrong with our coffee product, please contact us within 30 days and we’ll do our best to help in any way we can.


Non-coffee Products

For all non-coffee items like Orlando Coffee Roasters cups, t-shirts, and accessories, we do offer a 30-day return window on unused and undamaged items. If your non-coffee item came damaged, please contact us and we’ll reach out to our shipping team to make them aware of the problem. We’ll then send you a new version of the product to replace the damaged one. All online orders must be returned through the mail within the 30-day return window. We can’t accept returns at our physical locations.
